Registration

Registration is ongoing for both Circle C residents and Non-Circle C residents until teams are full.

Registration is handled through the Circle C Swim Center. To complete your registration, you will need to provide:
- Completed Registration Form with all pages filled out
- Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
- if non-resident, Non-Resident Household Form
- Cash, Check or Credit Card Payment of the Initial Registration Fee and 1st Month's Tuition

Try-Outs Required: All swimmers must be evaluated by a Circle C Select Swim Team Coach in order to place your swimmer in the appropriate level.

Fees

Registration Fee:
There is a non-refundable, annual registration fee: $138.00 per resident swimmer, $188 per non-resident swimmer. The registration fee includes: USA Swimming Registration, team T-shirt, and level swim cap. The team swimsuit is not included in the registration fee.
*A registration fee is not due for Boost Training participants.

Monthly Tuition:
Developmental - White: $73/mo per resident swimmer; $93/mo per non-resident swimmer
Intermediate - Silver: $98/mo per resident swimmer, $118/mo per non-resident swimmer
Advanced - Black: $123/mo per resident swimmer, $143/mo per non-resident swimmer
Senior - Black Diamond: $133/mo per resident swimmer, $153/mo per non-resident swimmer
Boost Training*: $63/mo per resident swimmer, $83/mo per non-resident swimmer

Sibling Discount: Families with multiple swimmers are offered $20 off the total monthly payment for each additional swimmer.
Ex: If you have three active swimmers, $40 will be discounted from the total monthly tuition.
In instances where the family chooses to have only one swimmer participate in a particular month, the discount does not apply.
*Sibling discount does not apply to Boost Training participants.

Tutition is due on the 1st of each month. Payment can be made at the swim center front desk in the form of cash, check (payable to Circle C HOA), or credit card (Visa, MC, American Express). If payment is not received by the 5th, and the swimmer has been attending practices during that month, payment will be collected from the credit card that is on file. A credit card agreement is required for all participants.

Credit Card Agreement: All card information will be kept in a secure file. A parent may choose to use this card for tuition and/or meet fee registrations as needed, or they may choose to pay by cash or check or another credit card.
