Meet Registrations

After you successfully complete registration for a meet, a confirmation page should be displayed. You will also receive a confirmation email at the address specified on the registration.

If you do not see the confirmation page and/or do not recieve a confirmation email, then your swimmer's registration was not received.

If you resubmit a registration, the Swim Center will enter the swimmer in the events according to the most recent submission.
UT Fall Kickoff - PARENT BOOSTER CLUB APPROVED

The UT Fall Kickoff Meet has been approved by the Leadership Board of the Parent Booster Club.
The Booster Club will cover the costs of the adminstration fees, and parents who choose to have their swimmer participate in this meet are responsible for the costs of inviting Coach Hayley to supervise the swimmers on deck.
The Swim Center will not collect the regular $5 meet fee per swimmer for this meet.

**The Leadership Board will be discussing a more formal and streamlined process for approving additional meets in the future, and will communicate this process once approved. The Leadership Board would like parents to understand that this process may or may not be standard for future additional meets.
