Meet Registrations

After you successfully complete registration for a meet, a confirmation page should be displayed. You will also receive a confirmation email at the address specified on the registration.

If you do not see the confirmation page and/or do not recieve a confirmation email, then your swimmer's registration was not received.

If you resubmit a registration, the Swim Center will enter the swimmer in the events according to the most recent submission.
Intrasquad Best Times Meet
We're Bringing the Best Times Meet to Circle C!
After further review of the TX Gold swimming facility and the structure of the their Best Times Meet, we have decided it would be a better and more cost effective option to host an Intrasquad Best Times Meet. The Select Team will be assigned to Team Lightning or Team Thunder, and it will allow for many more opportunities for the Circle C Select Swimmers!
  • Is open to ALL ages on our team!
  • Swimmers can swim all events they originally signed up for and MORE!
  • RELAYS will be added, and times recorded!
  • It's a 1-day event, HERE at your home pool!
  • Swim times WILL BE RECORDED for use in upcoming Short Course Meets!
  • Its FREE!
