The USA Swimming Application for the upcoming season is now available and can be downloaded here. This form needs to be completed by all registered swimmers and turned in to the swim center for processing. NOTE: the USA swimming fee is included with your Select Team Registration Fee that you have already paid, you do not need to provide any additional payment.
