Team photos will be Monday, March 26

GROUP PHOTO @ 5:00 p.m.
ALL Swimmers, please be here, in uniform, by 4:45 p.m.

Flashpool Productions is a local photography company specializing in underwater photography. They will be taking individual action photos of swim team members as well as one large group photo underwater and one above. Swimmers will need to wear their uniform the day of the shoot. Each person will have approximately 5-10 minutes to have his or her picture taken. They may wish to do whatever stroke they prefer or request certain poses for the shots.

(In the case of bad weather, we’ll reschedule for a later date.)

If you would like to have an individual photo(s) of your swimmer, our photographer will be available from 3:30-8 p.m. Sign-up online by March 5th to reserve your spot!
This will also help us to know if we need to add a second date for individual photos.

A session fee per individual will be due in the form of cash or check made out to “Flashpool” on the day of the shoot. Session fee includes the following package choices:

Option A - $30
• 1 - 8x10 Memory Matte with individual action photo and underwater team photo
• 1 - 5x7 individual photo
• 1 set of 4 wallets of individual photo

Option B - $50
• 1 - 11x14 Memory Matte with 4 photos --- individual action photo, individual headshot, underwater team photo, above water team photo
• 2 - 5x7 individual photos, one underwater and one above
• 2 sets of 4 wallets of each individual photo

Option C - No session fee
• At least one action photo will be available online for the purchase of prints and products

Additional prints will be available for purchase 2-3 weeks after photo shoot. Purchase prices start at $20 for a 4x6. A private online gallery of all proofs will be available for 3 weeks to order additional memorabilia such as extra prints and memory mattes, canvas prints, metal prints, buttons, key chains, trader cards, t-shirts, magnets, wall clings and more.

All package orders will be delivered to the Circle C Swim Center within 2-3 weeks and will be made available for pick-up from the swimmer boxes.
