Communication for the team is via Google Groups. Your email will only be utilized for communication regarding the swim team, and messages will be sent out by the Team Leadership only.

Please feel free to set up a time to talk with the coaches on the progress of your swimmer or any other questions you may have. Please respect the coaches’ time and use the time before or after practice to address questions or concerns. Please contact the Head Coach if you feel your swimmers needs are not being addressed.

Swimmer Folders
We will be using a file folder system to distribute meet entry recommendations, ribbons, incentives, and other materials as needed. There are 3 black, plastic boxes clearly marked and sorted by the swimmer's last name. Each box contains file folders clearly marked with a swimmer's full name. The boxes are located under the white table in the lobby area of the Swim Center, and are available during regular operating hours. You are encouraged to check your child's folder regularly.

Swimmer's Facebook Group
Registered swimmers are invited to join their very own Facebook Group. This is their forum to have open discussion, post comments, and to communicate openly and positively with their teammates and coach. Sorry, but this is a parent-free zone.
