POPSICLE FRIDAYS: We will providing swimmers with popsicles every Friday through September! Volunteer spots have now been filled for handing out the popsicles - thanks to those that signed up!

PRACTICE TIMES HAVE BEEN UPDATED, PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY: Blue: Mon,Wed, Fri 3:30–4:15pm; Sat 9:00–10:00am White: Tues, Thurs, Fri 3:30–4:15pm; Sat 9:00–10:00am Silver: Mon–Fri 4:15–5:30pm, Sat 8:45–10:00am Black: Mon–Fri 5:30–7:00pm, Sat 7:00–8:45am; Dry–land will also be starting soon. Senior Select: Mon–Fri 5:00–7:00pm, Sat 7:00–9:00am; Dry–land will also be starting soon.
- Saturday workouts are very important, especially for the Silver, Black, & Senior Select. If you need to miss a workout week day afternoons are better to miss. Missing Saturdays will mean that swimmers are out of the water/workouts for almost 3 full days.
- Blue and White group swimmers MUST come to the workouts on their designated days. You MAY NOT come any day of the week you want. If you are not sure for which group you signed up, contact Coach Dave. We still have some room in both groups so changing between the groups is allowed.
- Required Equipment: All levels: Swim Suit, Swim Cap, Goggles, Kick Board, Fins, water/sports drink bottles, equipment bag.Black, & Senior Select Levels: Swim suit, cap, goggles, kick board, fins, water/sports drink bottles, equipment bag, pull buoy* & hand paddles*, old/cheap tennis shoes* for use in pool. (*= Items will not be needed until Sept 1)

Pancake Breakfast - Sept 11th, 2010 |

8:00am to 10:00am at Applebee's Restaurant. Support the team while enjoying pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee with friends and family! Tickets are $7, and are being sold by CC Select Swim Team families. For additional tickets or more information, contact Yvonne Devany

Swim-A-Thon & Raffle - Oct 10th, 2010 |

CC Select swimmers will be swimming laps on October 10th to raise funds for the team! Sponsor a swimmer per lap swam, or with a set donation amount. Buy a raffle ticket $1each - there are great prizes to be won. To support this fundraiser, contact our Swim-A-Thon Co-ordinator, Jan Kagy
